We can show you how to do most or all of your computer maintenance and security layering yourself if you're interested in learning. We believe that there is a need for this type of specialized service to help reduce some of the frustration that many users experience with basic computer use, maintenance and security. Many users assume that if their PC is running slowly then it must be a virus but this is not always the case. There could be many reasons for a slow running or unstable system such as insufficient memory, software conflicts and yes oh yes those pesky junk files. The term junk files refers to all the unnecessary files that your PC gathers from installation programs, shareware, and the Internet.
